Rebecca Avanesian
Rebecca Avanesian assists in the preparation of traffic assessments including analyses of traffic, parking, site access, vehicle miles traveled, and alternative modes of transportation, as well as field data collection.
Rebecca is currently conducting technical analyses for various studios, mixed-use residential or office projects, industrial warehouses, and commercial centers in Downtown Los Angeles, Culver City, Hollywood, West Los Angeles, Alhambra, Pomona, San Fernando, and the County of Los Angeles.. She has conducted studies for multiple schools, such as Brentwood School in Los Angeles and Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, including the preparation of evacuation routes for emergency situations as well as analyses regarding conditional use permit compliance. She has conducted analyses for Panorama Mall, Del Amo Fashion Center, and Westfield Topanga.
After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Cell Biology, Rebecca spent some time in corporate real estate before making the switch to transportation. Rebecca is passionate about community outreach to young women entering engineering fields.
