Eugene Tang, AICP

Eugene Tang has extensive experience in the transportation engineering and planning fields and has prepared a multitude of parking and traffic impact studies, as well as conducting regional transportation planning, site design, and review of environmental documentation, for a variety of public and private sector projects throughout Southern California and Hawaii.

Eugene is currently conducting transportation studies for a variety of mixed-use projects in Southern California. Eugene is currently preparing analyses for multiple projects in Corona, Culver City, Santa Monica, Westminster and throughout the City of Los Angeles, including projects in the Arts District, Downtown, Studio City, and Warner Center communities. Eugene recently completed transportation studies for ROW DTLA and for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield at its Roseville Galleria, Valencia Town Center, Promenade, Topanga, and The Village at Westfield Topanga centers; a parking study of the San Pedro Waterfront for the Port of Los Angeles and a citywide parking demand study for the City of Santa Monica, as well as studies for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Santa Monica Airport, and Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Eugene is currently conducting shared parking studies, parking demand analyses, and/or parking lot design reviews for The Irvine Co. , the West Harbor Project in San Pedro, and the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Other completed parking projects include Lakewood Center, Malibu Village, Manhattan Village Shopping Center, The Original Farmers Market, Santa Monica Place, the Veterans Administration Long Beach Health System and Equinox and SoulCycle health clubs, as well as parking studies for the cities of Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton, and Los Angeles. Eugene has conducted parking studies in Agoura Hills, Anaheim, Beverly Hills, Burbank, El Segundo, Glendale, Hollywood, Lakewood, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Pasadena, Pomona, Rialto, San Diego, San Pedro, Santa Clarita, Santa Monica, Santa Paula, Temecula, Torrance, and West Hollywood.

Eugene graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in Geography/Environmental Studies.
