Eliza Hy
Eliza Hy assists in the preparation of transportation studies, including analyses of traffic, parking, site access, vehicle miles traveled, emergency evacuation routes, and freeway and corridor operations.
Eliza is currently conducting analyses and providing support for a diverse range of projects, including residential, school, commercial, mixed-use, and transit-oriented developments located throughout Southern California, in areas such as Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Culver City, La Canada Flintridge, Marina del Rey, Pomona, Santa Clarita, West Hollywood, Westminster and Riverside County. Eliza has assisted on technical analysis on various projects, include traffic studies for Beverly Plaza, Panorama Mall, Laurence School and Palmetto.
Eliza has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, where she was an active member of UCI’s Institute of Transportation Engineers and American Society of Civil Engineers.
