Ranch Lot Studios

GTC managed the transportation planning effort and assisted the design team with the development and refinement of the site plan for Ranch Lot Studios (formerly Warner Bros. Ranch), a studio and media office complex located in Burbank, California.

GTC worked closely with the project design team throughout the site plan refinement effort and project approval process to develop detailed mode split assumptions, trip generation estimates, and parking demand estimates. GTC also identified the internal and external roadway and improvements that would be needed to support the site access and circulation requirements for the project. This comprehensive endeavor included several site visits and work sessions with the project design team and City staff, as well as an extensive research, data collection, and multi-modal analysis effort.
