Sean Mohn has over 17 years of project management experience, with over 12 years of experience in transportation planning. He has direct project management experience on some of the largest development and planning projects in Southern California, including the NBC Universal Evolution Plan and the Metro Universal transit-oriented development in Universal City, the University of Southern California Health Sciences Campus Master Plan in Los Angeles, the Wilshire Gayley Hotel Project in Westwood, the Bakersfield Commons Mixed-use Development Master Plan in Bakersfield, The Collection at Riverpark mixed-use development in Oxnard, and the proposed Wilshire Grand Redevelopment Project in downtown Los Angeles.

Sean has prepared traffic, parking, shared parking, and access/circulation studies for stadia and event centers, new and expanded regional shopping centers, retail/entertainment centers, military and state facilities, office and mixed-use developments, and schools and universities throughout Southern California. He has also prepared transportation studies and managed major transportation planning projects in Hawaii, China and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
