Richard Gibson served as Project Engineer for a transportation consulting firm in San Diego for four years before serving for the past five years as Director of Admissions and Marketing Director for a small engineering college in Orange County. Richard performs data collection, field work, data analysis, and mitigation development. He prepares technical reports and participates in client coordination. His recent work includes traffic and parking analyses for Westfield LLC's Plaza Camino Real shopping center expansion in Carlsbad. He prepared parking accumulation counts for the Irvine Spectrum and for the PETCO Park ballpark in downtown San Diego.
