As a Principal of the firm and Director of Operations, Helen oversees the day-to-day business and is integral in the overall strategic growth and planning of the company.

Helen is directly responsible for contracts and legal administration, proposals and business development, project budgets and invoicing, accounting and financial reporting, client outreach, office administration, and human resources.
