General Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in planning, engineering, or a related major
• Desirable experience includes exposure in transportation impact analysis, traffic engineering, transportation planning, and travel demand modeling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• P.E./EIT or AICP certification desirable
